This Sunday in the Danube Valley was exactly that kind of day. Together with my family, I experienced something very special – and for the first time, I was able to show my daughter the incredible Schloss Bronnen. Even the way up there felt like a small adventure. We walked up the big bridge, step by step, climbed the stairs – and I could see how my daughter was discovering the world from a completely new perspective. That mix of respect for the height, curiosity, and pure excitement – simply priceless. At the top, we stood right in front of the castle. A place full of history, surrounded by the dramatic cliffs and breathtaking nature of the Danube Valley. 🏰 Schloss Bronnen – History & Perspective Originally built as a medieval castle, Schloss Bronnen sits high above the Danube and offers a unique panoramic view over the valley. Over the centuries, it was expanded and transformed, and today it stands as a symbol of strength, history, and perspective. 🐎 Nature & special moments Right next to the castle, we saw horses – a real highlight for my daughter. These are the moments that truly connect us: nature, animals, and real experiences. ⛪ Beuron Abbey – calm & energy Before visiting the castle, we stopped at Beuron Abbey.
