The idea for this video strangely enough came from looking closely into some of Allan Holdsworth moves when going hyper speed. While watching his Live at Yoshi's video I noticed that he kept skipping strings while improvising. And so I had to start practicing some string skipping. Once I could visualize the scales going up and down, I decided to add a trippy scale pattern. That's how I came up with this exercise.
