This project was a fast-tracked, multi-phase, DOE-funded green field site that used the IPD approach and owner-furnished/contractor-installed equipment. Presenters will discuss project challenges such as communication between owner and GC Cx teams, action-item tracking, balancing construction schedule with meeting production needs, and more, as well as lessons learned in the process.
