We celebrated Chinese New Year in Hong Kong 🇭🇰! From the Victoria Park Lunar New Year Fair to the Victoria Harbour fireworks, AIA Carnival, and Ngong Ping Big Buddha, this trip was unforgettable. We spent our Chinese New Year in Hong Kong from February 16–23, and it was such an unforgettable trip! This vlog shows how we celebrated Lunar New Year in Hong Kong, explored different districts, and experienced some of the city’s most famous attractions. On our first night, we visited the Lunar New Year Fair at Victoria Park, where the streets were filled with festive decorations, food stalls, and holiday energy. The next day, we spent time exploring Hong Kong, enjoying the quieter streets before the main celebrations. On Chinese New Year Day (Feb 17), many locals were celebrating at home with their families, so the city felt surprisingly calm. We eventually found some lively areas like Wan Chai, then spent the night at the AIA Carnival, playing games and enjoying the festive atmosphere. The next day, we watched the Chinese New Year fireworks over Victoria Harbour, one of the biggest highlights of the trip. Later in the week, we visited Ngong Ping and the Big Buddha, which was the perfect way to end the holiday. This trip was full of food, sunset views, local experiences, and iconic Hong Kong spots like Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Avenue of Stars, and more. If you’re planning to visit Hong Kong during Chinese New Year, this vlog will give you an idea of what the city is like during the holiday. 📍 Places in this vlog: Victoria Park Lunar New Year Fair Wan Chai AIA Carnival Victoria Harbour Fireworks Ngong Ping Village & Tian Tan Buddha Avenue of Stars Causeway Bay Tsim Sha Tsui Kennedy Town Mong Kok Thanks for watching our Hong Kong travel vlog! #HongKong #ChineseNewYear #HongKongVlog #TravelVlog #NgongPing Music provided by FreeToUse Music https://freetouse.com/music Tracks used in this video: Sparkling — Dagored Sweet Talks — Limujii Lights — Walen Quiet Fields — Dagored At Ease — Hazelwood Cloud — Lukrembo Slow Down — Avanti Peach Prosecco — Massobeats Follow The Sun — Luke Bergs & Waesto Falling Into You — Aventure Morning Sun — Tubebackr & Filo Starquez
