Pokémon I Choose You! My latest toy obsession is Pokémon. To go with my Pokémon Valentine's Day cards I'll be handing out at school, I like my mom's idea to have a Pokémon themed Valentine's box. She couldn't find anything at the store or online buy so we decided to make a Pokéball out of paper mache. It's quite the project, with various steps and lots of waiting for paint to dry! But it was the perfect opportunity to do something with my mom and dad. None of us are big crafters but loved how it turned out. Plus we got to spend playtime together and make another video for my channel. Cost about $10 What you'll need: +1 plastic washable, wipeable or disposable table cloth. (That flour and water mixtures is like cement when it dries.) +1 medium size plastic ball +several sheets of newsprint +1 small bottle of red, white and black gloss acrylic or craft paint +3-6 craft paint brushes (Store in a zip-loc baggie during coats to reuse the same brush.) +painter's tape (We used 1" FrogTape.) +4-6 cups of flour +4-6 cups of water +bowl to support ball +if possible a soda can for drying. (We used a mini can.) +lid from an oatmeal can or similar This could also make a DIY Pokéball piñata! Just don't cut the slot out for the invite. Then use the hole at the bottom to fill with candy and tape back on the piece you cut out. Or use the lid as we did. Good luck! Luca {Please subscribe and like this video!}
