It’s no exaggeration to say it’s been the busiest month away from home for the Hershey Bears in its history. The 10-game road stretch, with more than 3,500 miles traveled over a three-week span, has also made it even more hectic for the team within the team that makes it all possible: the Bears equipment staff. Head Equipment Manager Josh Carter, alongside Dillon Filepas and Kyle Harris have had one goal in mind amid their toughest stretch of the season. Make their team’s next destination their home away from home. "We pack up all of our trunks, all of our skate sharpeners, all of our sticks, and we're kind of playing a puzzle on our truck that we drive everywhere," said Carter.
