Some of the questions posted in the facebook group ACS Skills Assessment for Australia PR @ facebook.com/groups/acs4pr are answered in this video. Question 1: 15+ Years Experience from the Philiipines with 15+ years of total experience: Company 1: 6 years (2011-2017), Company 2: 4 years (2017-2021), Current: 5+ years (2021-Present) Is it necessary for the ACS assessment to be limited to the last 10 years (Company 2 and the current company)? Their concern: If ACS deducts 2 or 4 years from that 10-year block, they will only have 6-8 years of "Skilled" experience left. Questions: 1.1 Is it better to include Company 1 (6 years) so the ACS deduction is taken from my oldest experience instead of my recent 10 years? 1.2 For Company 1 (from 2011), I only have ITR 2316 and SSS/Pag-IBIG records. Is this enough for ACS"two types of payment evidence"? Question 2: If an individual holds a law degree with a technology specialization, could this be considered an ICT degree and would it allow them to bypass the six years of work experience requirement for an RPL application type? Question 3: The applicant has four years of work experience. During their first year, the bank issued a statement with an error in the applicant’s name. The applicant states this was a minor error where the letter ‘A’ was replaced with ’T’. They believe the address and other details are correct and match their identity. The applicant is considering providing tax documents and an affidavit as possible solutions. However, the bank has indicated it is unwilling to change the name or provide an affidavit due to other account issues. Question 4: Hi everyone help plz Acs is asking for Correction of docs but i already have provided all of them need someone help for guidance Question 5: If there are salary slips, bank statements and an experience letter from previous employers, but some employers were unable to provide a reference letter, is it possible to receive a positive outcome by omitting the reference letter for a few previous employers? Is there an alternative approach to overcome this situation? Pristine Australia Migration (PAM) provides high quality Professional Services related to Australian Immigration and Employment.
