This guided Gassho meditation (with subtitles) is to support anyone in developing a regular meditation practice and as you do, the benefits become realized and the meditation becomes easier to do on your own. I incorporate my interpretation of Usui’s 5 spiritual principles of Reiki which word them in a positively framed way activating them in the present moment. These 5 principles are often stated as follows: Just for today— I will not worry, I will not be angry, I will be filled with gratitude, I will devote myself to my work, I will be kind to all people.
