Paul Ranky: Independent and Professional Dive Operation Quality Auditing and Marketing Video Services (email: [email protected]). Paul is a PADI (USA) certified rescue diver, as well as a professional engineer, with over 35 years of professional quality auditing, expedition planning, video production, consulting and operating experience around the world. As part of my Independent and Professional Dive Operation Quality Auditing and Marketing Video Services I would offer these services: A full quality audit of the dive operation (including the equipment, resort, food, accommodation, boat service, dive guides / dive masters, really just about everything relating to divers, including the top side days in the jungle / tracking, etc.) based on a 60+ page document that I have created. This is a professional and structured approach based on international quality and dive standards, but an independent approach with all my personal experiences as a pro-engineer and diver too. This will be the client’s confidential feedback from me after about 10-12 days of stay at the resort. I am a pro-engineer with 35+ years of quality auditing experience in industry and 18+ years in diving too. I have seen a lot and usually I have lots of ideas for improvements. I focus on process improvement, customer requirements analysis and customer satisfaction, risk analysis/ risk reduction, root cause analysis, quality management, what customers want, need and desire to increase the business. All, using a professional engineering and diving (a combined) professional effort. This 60+ page long (PDF) customized report with text and images taken by myself locally of the actual dive operation I audit illustrates improvement opportunities and offers specific instructions, ideas and solutions for the CLIENT. It is CONFIDENTIAL and form the basis for improving the entire dive operation for dive resort management. Also, I create a 25 minute marketing video in 4K (pro-edited, with music, including wide angle, macro, underwater, boat as well as drone shots: see the sample on YouTube in 4K, entitled: 'Paul-Ranky-DiveOp-QualityAuditing-MarketingVideo-Up to 4K'). Also, I create a 5 min. short marketing edited video (based on the longer 25 minute marketing video) edited as per the client's specific requirements. This is a cut down version of the longer 25 min. video to just 5 minutes.) Also, I help a lot with soc. networking distribution and marketing: I would post these video links onto Facebook (I have there about 50K contacts in various dive groups), and LinkedIn (over 2.3 million contacts); many. Please let me know if you are interested. I live in the USA and answer emails every day: [email protected] Hope to hear from you! Best, Paul Ranky P.S. This is the Abstract of my 60+ page client specific report: Independent and Professional Dive Operation Auditing Services: Confidential Client Report By Paul G Ranky, full tenured professor in engineering and IT/IS at NJIT (New Jersey Institute of Technology, an R1 rated public research university in NJ, USA), and a PADI certified rescue diver with over 35 years of professional quality auditing, expedition planning, video production, consulting and operating experience around the world. (Contact email: [email protected]) In this publication all illustrations / images were created by Paul G Ranky, based on the audited dive operation with the purpose of helping to improve the operation. Abstract Operating a dive resort for dive tourists and their diving and non-diving partners and friends with a high quality, sustainable green focus for profit presents several significant challenges. It is a real system engineering challenge with many extras. It needs a multidisciplinary and multisensory decision-making process. In the dive industry this means an interactive data analysis-based collaborative approach that involves input and perspectives from multiple disciplines or fields of expertise, as well as the integration of various sensory information to make informed decisions. These encompass various aspects, including quality processes, with their inputs, outputs, controls, and resource constraints for each process step. Also, logistics, equipment and operations risk and safety, environmental concerns, cost, unpredictable conditions, and constraints such as weather conditions. The problem is further complicated by travel bottlenecks and various customer satisfaction challenges (because each customer is a human being often with different needs and expectations), and business management challenges too. On the top of all this, dive resort management is clearly a risky, multi-variable optimization problem with some deterministic but also stochastic variables that experienced, and well rounded, multi-skilled managers, divers and systems engineers must solve. This customized publication focuses on all these constraints to provide solutions to max. customer satisfaction.
