In short it can absolutely cut down two to three inch saplings and trees and everything below that pretty easily. Power runtime is about 20 to 25 minutes in your really thick brush. We were able to clear off the entire back lot with both blades. Overall would definitely recommend it if somebody was on the fence between buying a green energy tool versus a gas trimmer brush cutter. The runtime is a little disappointing but not so horrible that you can't handle most of your tasks in a few different sessions. 👍. The torque and power is slightly below a gas trimmer, brush cutter. Happily giving up a little bit of that extra power and consistent torque and run time, versus the ease of operation, noise, of being able to charge the battery over and over and never have to source gas, or deal with the gas oil combos or fuel stabilizers.
