The Wadadli Cats Cruises are a fantastic way to see the Island of Antigua and all the beautiful surrounding waters and reefs. On this day in December, we took their full day cruise around the Island on The Spirit of Antigua. A two hull configuration, twin Yanmar 170 hp engines with 200 square feet of sail and a huge bow trampoline, outdoor bar area that can accommodate a lot of passengers! A skillfull Captain, and friendly creww will beach the boat to pick you up at the location you request and drop you off at the end of the day. TIP: You will get wet getting on and off the boat!! Carry a bag that keeps your phone dry if you stumble while boarding! They serve a delicious buffet dinner on board at Green Island after a bit of snorkeling and swimming. The bar flows with rum punch and Wadadli beer and other cocktails. This trip was with a group of over 20 friends of Yoga Antigua in December 2020. Yogis and their families, mates and friends were all smiles as we enjoyed the island from the water in all its beauty. The sails never went up but the swell on the windward side of the island was enough! I highly recommend this trip. If the weather is good, don't forget your sunscreen, a hat, lots of water and your own snorkel if you have one. And you know I have to say it ... take charge of your own safety.... take note of where the life jackets and fire extinguishers are. Keep a lookout. Be aware and have your hand holding on to something as much as you can. Be a good passenger and respect your Captain and crew. Help them assist those who have over imbibed and don't be "that guy or gal" yourself! Have fun!
