This 35th floor West Kowloon apartment was originally designed for a family of four, but after 17 years of joyful living it has been transformed into a modern sanctuary that celebrates its sweeping 180 degree sea views. The removal of a fourth bedroom enlarged the living room, where a curved sofa, round table, and rug create fluid lines and a tucked away study for the elder son. The kitchen was relocated with a larger window to draw in natural light and the horizon, while two en suites and an additional sea view room balance privacy with openness. The elder son’s suite was reimagined as a contemporary pad, and the master bedroom stands as the jewel of the home, featuring a hotel style bathroom with a shower overlooking the sunset and interiors shaped by Clifton Leung Design Workshop’s New Century Modern aesthetic.
