MRI-Secondary Changes Associated with Calcaneonavicular Tarsal Coalition

MRI Left Ankle - Cartilaginous calcaneonavicular tarsal coalition with joint degenerative changes, lobulated and septated ganglion arising from the coalition, sinus tarsi ganglionic change and Tibialis Anterior tenosynovitis. The opening frame reveals the dorsal lobulated ganglion arising from the coalition, together with the 'anteater nose' projection of the calcaneus. The large ganglion can also clearly be seen at 0.54 seconds on the medial aspect of the view. The tibialis anterior tenosynovitis can be seen anterior to the ankle joint at 0.07 seconds and 0.53 seconds. Degenerative changes in the coalition can be seen through the elongated process of the calcaneus at 0.19 seconds and at 41 seconds. The sinus tarsi ganglion is viewed at 1.08 seconds.
