Towards an inclusive society for every child | Dave Ensberg | TEDxVenlo

Dave is confronted with the label ‘disabled’ everyday, yet Dave believes that every human being has unique talents, even the ones with a disability. Growing up in a household where a disability was considered normal, Dave pleads to consider all people with disabilities as fully valued citizins. During the difficult times in his life, he got the right attention from people in his environment. This has made Dave who he is: motivated, inspired and with a mission: To inspire others to help children in their environments aswell. Dave is 31 years old and happily married. He studied administration and political science. Dave is the chairman at a community of schools that educates about 1.800 children with a disability.
