A good bar-back has to have a good workflow, providing the best support to bartenders with all glasses and spirits chilled to ideal temps. Bar back basics, involves cleaning glasses, restocking fridges, restocking the bottle of the bartenders and cleaning the bar(club), at the end of the shift. This is me working at Cahoots in London. Set inside an abandoned train station, the scoundrels of this station-speakeasy serve up spiffing cocktails, jolly-good rations and live swinging entertainment seven days a week.
