The city became a deserted place with only a few survivors and the disaster that the meteoroid caused, engaged many to start living a life of crime due to the freedom and lawlessness in the city, harming the innocents which even made other countries or out of state places give them a blind eye, rather than help them because they believed that everyone in the city were corrupted and were beyond saving. Izuku living in this disaster survived for 7 years until an unlucky event occured, leading to him getting caught up in an accident and losing his life in the process. But instead of dying and resting in peace, he finds himself in a void and ends up being reincarnated in another a world that seemed like the old ages of Dragons. From that day he became The Chosen One (According To Kyoka That Is) The Story's main》Izuku's Reincarnation was the main reason he and the Dragon Chief met. If he never was Reincarnated and found in the Dragon Lands forest, he might have found another beginning such as going on adventures alone without meeting or ever crossing paths with the Dragon Chief or learning about the book without knowing about the dangers his presence might bring to the God of Wrath. It wasn't a coincidence he woke up the Dragon Land, but Toshinori Yagi the God of Fortune, placed him there for him to know about his mission since he was in kahoot with Kyoka to help him out just like the ending shows. Dragon Kins and Humans》 For the past centuries, Humans have been disgusted by monsters including sorcerers or anyone with magic. Their hatred for those lead to their hatred for not only others but also the Dragon Kins. Accoding to humans, Dragon kins magics are the rarest there is since they can sense Magic, nurture different magical abilities, create flames, detect the future (Like Kyoka) or even have any ability to kill and extinct all immortals. Their abilities became wanted to all humans for their own selfish needs, causing a war between the Dragon Kins and Humans. That's how the Dragon kins got a hatred for all humans and sealed their lands with a barrier that will keep the humans away from destroying their happiness. To be more precise, humans are far more cruel than the Dragon Kins instead. Dragon Kins Magic》 Most Dragon kins are born with different magical abilities each. Such as Flames, magic resistance and Inhuman body strength (Katsuki's Abilities) *Teleportation Vision (Ability to see the future) Unbreakable Field (The magic Barriers) Transformation Socecery e.t.c •Izuku's Reincarnation》His Reincarnation was inspired by the anime "Isekai Nonbiri Nokai" whereby a man died of a disease, met himself in the presence of a God only to be reincarnated as a farmer with a holy farming tool. • The God Of WRATH (AFO) & Toshinori Yagi (God Of Fortune)》 The history of the God of Wrath and the God of Fortune involves them being one but only to be spilt apart by the God of Fortune himself removing the evil inside of him and descending it into the earth, turning that evil into the God of WRATH. This was inspired to me by the "Journey To The West/Dragon Ball" The story of how God Piccolo and The Demon Piccolo were one. • Reincarnation》 My own understanding of it defines to where a person who died is brought back to life as a different person in their word or in another. The Ending》 The story ended with the total defeat of the God of Wrath, giving a victory to both Bakugou and Izuku for their battles. The lands went back to normal, including the human land after everything calmed down.
