Welcome to my first Video in 2022! In this video I´m going to show you guys what I was up to the last weeks and how well the X22 Spindle from SPINOGY performs. And I´m really happy with this spindle! She really runs super smooth and power all the time! Also there are no weird noises and she stays cool all the time. After round about 5-6 hours of machining my chiller showed a temperature of 14.3 degree C. The Spindle itself really didn´t get warm on the housing. But in the near future I´ll mount some temperature displays to the sensors of the bearings that are inside the spindle so I can have an eye on the bearing temperatures. Also the tools from KL-Tooling are super nice! They really just shred the aluminum.
