This is my go-to frying pan. It is my home skillet. I absolutely adore this pan in every way. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and does a fantastic job. I have used cast iron in the past but nothing compares to the quality of this skillet. The enamel makes it so the skillet does not rust. This features allows you to soak the pan to get off any additional food without having to worry about it rusting in your sink. It is also pre-seasoned so that it acts as a non-stick skillet without gross chemicals seeping into your food. Two thumbs up!
