Gentle jumping is complimentary movement for the body and builds stronger ankles, knees and hips. 3. Please check in with your neighbors if you think you are making a noise and if necessary make a suitable time to have the jump session. 4. Stop if you feel you need to stop. 5. Keep head facing forward and don't look up when jumping. You are protecting your neck by keeping your head facing forward when jumping. Practice. And please do not rush progress. Development of components (muscles, ligaments, tendons) happens inconjunction with development of the body organs, tissue particle and metabolism.
