Change is an undeniable and unavoidable part of life. Everything shifts, grows, and fades, including our own bodies, relationships, and circumstances. Yet, resisting change often leads to suffering. Mindfulness meditation offers a way to meet these transitions with openness rather than fear, allowing us to stay present with things the way they are now, rather than clinging to what was or worrying about what might come.
