STEP BY STEP: 00:00 Intro 1. 00:07 Remove the wheel. 2. 00:16 Remove the brake pads. 3. 00:33 Set the brake lever in a horizontal position and tighten. 4. 00:41 Remove the lever bleed port screw. 5. 00:51 Attach the funnel. Do not overtighten. Open the plug of the funnel. 6. 01:04 Recommended: Clean the caliper with brake cleaner before you start. 7. 01:13 Spread the pistons with a PLASTIC tyre lever. Do not use metal tyre levers! 8. 01:22 Insert the bleed block by rotating it, depending on the number of pistons (2 or 4). 9. 01:25 Secure the bleed block. 10. 01:30 Remove the rubber cover of the bleed nipple. Clean the bleed nipple. 11. 01:34 Fill the caliper end syringe with 15 ml of GOLD brake oil. 12. 01:50 Carefully push out the air bubbles. Hold the syringe upright. 13. 02:00 Attach the caliper end syringe to the bleed nipple. 14. 02:04 Open the bleed port with 7 mm wrench. 15. 02:10 Secure the syringe with the velcro strap. 16. 02:22 Inject GOLD hydraulic oil until the caliper end syringe is almost empty. 17. 02:33 Close the bleed port with 7 mm wrench. 18. 02:37 Disconnect the caliper end syringe. 19. 02:46 Press the brake lever until no more bubbles rise to the funnel. 20. 02:59 Close the plug of the funnel. 21. 03:06 Unscrew the funnel with the plug in the CLOSED position. 22. 03:12 Put the funnel into a medium neck glass or plastic bottle. 23. 03:23 Attach the lever bleed port screw. 24. 03:29 Wipe the excessive oil off the bleed port. 25. 03:32 Remove the bleed block. 26. 03:39 Clean the caliper thoroughly with brake cleaner. 27. 03:51 Reattach the rubber cover of the bleed nipple. 28. 03:55 Install the brake pads. 29. 04:00 Secure the brake pads. 30. 04:11 Reinstall the wheel. 31. 04:21 Adjust the brake caliper if necessary. 32. 04:43 Readjust the brake lever to your desired position. 33. 04:50 Last check: Brakes must be able to lock the wheel. 04:55 Bleed kit Premium GOLD edition – 28044 More info: http://www.bleedkit.com
