Jordan (the 2IC and a fabricator for four years) is in the drawing area, designing an infill for a truck. The process starts with the company's logo. Nico is installing rear steps on a tray. He has eight years of "ally welding" (aluminum welding) experience and 12 years of welding overall. He also assists with sheet metal and stainless steel work. Darren, an apprentice of three years, is applying aluminum capping to a drop side. The capping protects the top of the drop side and dresses it up.
