The method in the video is if your Quest is in developer mode. If it's not, there is just one little difference. Power off your Quest, then hold the volume DOWN button down while powering up the Quest. Then when you see the menu come up, use the volume keys to navigate to the option "Sideload Update", then press the power button to select. Your power light should now be PURPLE which means your Quest is now in Sideload mode. Then connect your Quest to your PC and follow along where you drag and drop the firmware file as seen in the video at 02:07.
