Apologies about the sound - I was recording the voiceover on my phone and noise in the background is not great. I booked this trip a month prior with company Grayline using GetYourTour website. They confirmed the pick up point and details when I booked it. The day before the trip was due to commence I got a message in the afternoon to inform me I was the only one who booked the trip on that specific day and they offered me to either get a refund or change it to next day. They confirmed it was due to go ahead the following day so I opted in for that. I was very keen to see Bulgaria during this trip. A van with guide/driver picked me and 2 other participants in the morning from University's Square. The 2 girls were travelling together and none of us seemed interested in chatting. Our guide was very friendly and professional. I liked the plan, the amount of scheduled breaks and we had beautiful weather. The 2 other participants did not feel the same way and they challenged the plan almost half way throughout the day ruining the mood for everyone. I thin this trip would have been perfect if it wasn't for them. I mispronounced the name of the city Ruse.
