A Springfield native, Dr. Caleb Masterson received most of his education at Missouri State University. Graduating from Greenwood Laboratory School in 2003, he served as student body president, before beginning an active college career. At Missouri State, Caleb stood out not only in academics but also on the track. He competed as a member of the men’s track team, served as president of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and was deeply engaged in student and community life. After completing medical school at Des Moines University, Dr. Masterson began his career as a board-certified ear, nose, and throat doctor and facial plastic surgeon. In just five years of practice, he has already made a transformative impact. Opening four ENT center locations in Northwest Alabama and southern Tennessee, expanding access to vital care for thousands of patients. But his passion extends beyond medicine. He’s an entrepreneur at heart, founding Provider Autonomy – a platform designed to help physicians take control of their own practices – and he has reimagined the patient experience with Breathe and Brew, a coffee shop inside an ENT clinic where care meets comfort. He also created My Allergy Score, a user-friendly app that simplifies allergy management. Committed to the future of medicine, Dr. Masterson trains upcoming physicians as an adjunct professor at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also serves as a board member and medical advisor for Arrow, an AI-powered health care platform. With over 140,000 followers across social media, Dr. Masterson uses his platform to educate, advocate, and inspire – amplifying his voice far beyond the clinic walls. He and his wife, Erin, have four children: Reid, Gage, Remi, and Maely.
