However, getting professional help isn't always an option and, plus we might not feel ready for that step just yet. So what can we do for ourselves right now to help us overcome feelings of fear, anxiety and overwhelm. In this video I talk about how we might utilise a tried and tested therapeutic approach to help create an environment in our own mind for positive and meaningful change.
