Hiboy X300 Front Flat Repair – Part 2 | Installing the Tube & Reassembling the Wheel In this video, Scooter Operations of Phoenix repairs a front flat tire on the large-wheel Hiboy X300 Electric Scooter. This is Part 2 of the repair, where we put Humpty Dumpty back together again after diagnosing the flat and preparing the wheel for the new tube. The Hiboy X300 uses a large 12" × 2.5" inner tube with an angled valve stem, which makes it one of the larger tire sizes found on electric scooters today.
