The Absolute Might of the 4 Progress D-18T Engines Blew Loose Dirt Chunks to Heights of What Looks like 20 Meters in the Air, carried up in Vortexes created by the Turbulence of TOGA Power. The Aircraft Then Flew Right above my Head on such a Low Altitude, that It almost Knocked me Right Off My Feet, Truly Haven't experienced Anything Quite Like It. A Sharp Left Turn was initiated even before all the 24 Landing Gears fully Came up, as to Avoid Overflying the Heavily Populated Areas of Belgrade, Serbia.
