The quality and safety of our products is our top concern, and consequently our plants meet recognized international food safety standards. Of course, we take all necessary measures to ensure that our juices are of the highest quality when you drink them: they are all filtered, pasteurized and packaged in hermetically sealed containers. Therefore, the juice in its packaging is commercially sterile and safe for consumption until the expiry date indicated on the container. However, once the safety seal is broken, it is important to refrigerate the product. It is important to verify that the safety seal is present and intact on our juices upon purchasing and before using them. Upon leaving our plants, all our products feature a safety seal on the mouth of the container. Upon opening a container, the seal breaks and can easily be seen. In the very rare cases where a consumer contacts us to flag an anomaly, we take it very seriously and ask to receive both the packaging and its contents for analysis purposes. We keep samples of all our product batches. If a consumer flags an anomaly, samples from the same batch of juice are analyzed and process control recordings are reviewed once again.
