I remember when this game came out. I had a friend who bought a 360 just for Vegas. I remember seeing the screenshots of this game, and being amazed by the visuals of the "next generation" of gaming. Unreal 3 was super impressive for it's time. Even on my standard def television, this game looked great. Even though this isn't the real Rainbow Six, that tactical-heave FPS gaming that made the series so popular to begin with, I still enjoyed the game. I remember hating that they messed with your view when you got shot. I thought that was a cardinal sin, but, unfortunately, it became the new standard in the 7th gen in all shooters. I'm still not a fan. However, I am a fan of this game, even if it was a mainstream watering down of a popular franchise. The duck and cover mechanic works great in this FPS. It's not a super tactical FPS game, but the teamwork aspect, and duck and cover mechanics do give it a tactical feel, even if it's not the depth of the previous series. I liked this game enough, I even played through it on the hardest difficulty, but that was gruling thanks to the psychic AI in the game who will shoot at you before you even peak around the corner.
