A new beginning for Micron Semiconductor Technology India recruits

Micron Semiconductor Technology India (MSTI) successfully onboarded a new cohort of 122 new college graduates, 39 manufacturing associates and 28 technicians recently in Gujarat. The new recruits were introduced to Micron’s culture and operations through a detailed Micron integration program, providing them with the opportunity to fully engage from the start. The onboarding journey began with a warm welcome, setting the tone for the two-week orientation and induction program. Over these two weeks, new team members attended a series of our work processes, boot camps and team building activities. They also had the opportunity to interact directly with the business leaders: Vishwanath Ramaswamy — vice president, MSTI, Seven Yang — senior. director, Assembly & Test and Bhaskaran Ravi Kumar — director, Assembly & Test, fostering early connections within the team.
