The median price of the thousands of Las Vegas homes for sale now stands at $480,000, just $2,000 shy of the previous all time highs that happened in 2022. The Las Vegas real estate market and the cost of these Las Vegas homes for sale remains a major barrier for many aspiring home buyers, especially when combined with current high interest rates. However, due to such a lack of affordability, demand and qualifying is diminishing as inventory continues to steadily rise and more and more Las Vegas homes for sale are flooding the market each month.
