Gummy Recipe: 2 - ¼ oz unflavored Gelatin packs 1- 3 oz flavored/colored Jello (not sugar-free) ¼ cup light corn syrup ½ cup cold water coconut oil spray 1- dissolve the unflavored gelatin into the cold water evenly with no clumps 2- Put the unflavored gelatin/water mix in a saucepan and heat on a low to medium setting 3- add the corn syrup and flavored Jello to the saucepan 4- Stir VERY GENTLY with a spatula being careful not to whip any air into the formula so your gummies will come out nice and clear 5- DO NOT bring your mix to a boil, remove it from the heat when all the ingredients are evenly mixed noting that it will look cloudy 6- Clarify the mix by pouring into a bowl and setting it aside for 20 minutes until the bottom is clear and residue has floated to the top 7 - After the mix has clarified take a spoon and gently pull out and discard the residue that has floated to the top 9 - Fill your molds with the clarified mix and refrigerate for 2 hours 10 - Slide them out of their molds, use them to decorate or just enjoy them by themselves
