Fallout 3- The Legend of Evergreen Mills. A caged Super Mutant Behemoth, a smiling merchant and a whorehouse. This and more in this episode of Fallout 3- Legends of Evergreen Mills is an old factory in the southwest quadrant of the Capital Wasteland, just east of Smith Casey's garage. It is inhabited by a large number of raiders, a few captive slaves, and one of the few super mutant behemoths. Deep in the mill is Smiling Jack, a merchant who will sell to the Lone Wanderer even if they have killed the other inhabitants. This place has a caged super mutant behemoth, and you need the slave pen key to get to him. There is also a whole underground area inside the mill, where you can visit a whore house and find the barter bobblehead near a gentleman called smiling jack, who will trade with you even if you kill every other person in the area.
