Sea Point (Afrikaans: Seepunt) is an affluent and densely populated suburb of Cape Town, situated between Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean, a few kilometres to the west of Cape Town's Central Business District (CBD). Rugged rocks and sheer cliffs towering more than 200 metres above the sea and cutting deep into the ocean, provide a spectacular background for the park's rich bio-diversity. Cape Point falls within the southern section of Table Mountain National park. The V&A Waterfront is located on the Northside of Cape Town on the fringe of the City Centre and Green Point. The V&A Waterfront is easily accessible via the M6 and Dock Road and Portswood Road.
