Welcome to this 90-minute Advanced Vinyasa Mobility session. Today’s class is dynamic, grounded, and focused primarily on the legs and lower body joints. We work with repetition, controlled motion, and strong grounded poses to build energy, stability, and intelligent mobility. This is not a passive stretching class.
