The Mini Excavator repair is underway and the missing grease nipple (Zert) if fitted. We then head off to the build site to cut the land before we start more work. We do need to find an easier way to cut the sloping sections - it is a little twitching with the Kubota Ian & Julie are building their tiny homestead and soon to be starting the biggest project of their lives - a Passive House Container Home which will be totally off grid.
