I started to drive Microprose's Grand Prix 2 (1996) as a new rookie driver. I modded the game to match the car to be as much team dependant as possible and I have to prove my abilities if I want to get to the top. I want to simulate maximum realism, so I hand the destiny of my career over to a program called F1Career by Arturo Baz. F1Career eats race weekend results of me and my team mate and during the second half of the season it possibly outputs contract offers from other teams depending on how I do. My goal is to drive my way through the ranks and win the drivers championship. To make things interesting, I record every qualifying and race. During the race and qualifying sessions following rules apply: 100 % race distance, no reloads, no pauses, no retrys.
