Definitely one of the easiest Midnight Horrors events, only took 3 attempts and I basically could have done it deathless if not for me choking on easy to avoid attacks twice. (Also you can skip the first two fights by listening to all of Grim Rappers comedy routine, it also rewards an extra badge) This event was really fun and it gets better with each boss you beat, Grim Rapper is a decent introduction but in my opinion is a bit too tanky for the first boss of the event, also minions aren't a very fun boss mechanic, so overall its the weakest one. Mikerophone is pretty fun, I appreciate that the waves hitboxes don't remain active very long so you can dodge in ways that look like you really shoulda been hit. I do wish the boss had more attacks but overall the boss is very balanced has a great desperation phase and fits perfectly into the middle of the event. Lastly Mr. wollaH, this boss is amazing and is exactly how a boss fight should be done. Phase 1 does a great job of introducing you to how Phase 2 will work, with it demonstrating how to damage the boss as well as weakened version of the Phase 2 attacks it overall is meant to be an easy phase even if the phase takes a bit too long for my liking. Phase 2 is actually just amazing, the music the balance the attacks. The fight is overall simple and this whole thing somehow felt like an older Midnight Horrors event rather than a new one but I think that made it feel very refreshing to beat and I think its one of my favorites now. Tips for each boss, Grim Rapper only becomes a threat when they spawn too many minions so your goal is to spawn kill the minions before they overrun you. The Ranged Skeltons should be focused first because their shots are can collide true for some reason and they slow you down a ton, then focus the Tank skeletons because of their barrel throw. The barrel throw and Grim Rappers mic throw both predict movement so be careful. Grim Rapper's main threat is the speaker drop, simply because of the amount of space it denies and also because it ragdolls you. Grim Rapper can be killed easier if you use your melee well so when they are low or after they do a dive attack feel free to melee. Mikerophone is another very simple boss and overall is pretty forgiving compared to the other 2 bosses in this event, he's definitely the easiest. You really want to abuse your swords massive hitbox to shred his HP quickly since it's just free damage, this boss shouldn't take nearly as long as the other 2 for that reason alone. Mikes attacks mostly rely on denying space, with the speaker blasts and giant circle of sound they make in the center of the arena. The speaker blasts are really simple since they only have an active hitbox for a split second, you can get away with a lot to avoid taking damage. The actually annoying attack is the random bouncing notes, they last pretty long and do decent damage when they actually hit, they can be annoying but overall aren't that bad. Mikes desperation attack makes him invincible so take out your sword and use your dash to avoid make dodging easier and once that's done you should be finished (as long as you aren't dumb like I am) Mr. wollaH is the final boss, Im going to gloss over phase 1 since it's basically just a weaker phase 2. The important thing to know is that as far as I know wollaH is invincible until they break down, so don't try hitting them like I do since it almost got me killed early. I don't want to talk about every attack since stuff like the double dash and double spin are simple and just require basic parrying and dodging, so I'd rather start with a more problematic attack for me and that's the ground slam. wollaH will launch into the air and come down releasing a shockwave and then several random blasts, I would highly recommend not rolling backwards and instead saving your roll for the random blasts, you can still parry the blasts but Im bad at parrying and Im expecting a deepwoken player to come at me for that again. The other attack they can do when they jump up is more problematic and its their double shot, they shoot 2 exploding bullets with heightened accuracy that you usually need to both parry and dodge each bullet to avoid. Honestly the most important part is just looking at the second bar underneath the Mr. wollaH's HP, that bar indicates when they will be stunned so just play around that.
