Johann Heinrich Von Thunen , German economist developed a theory of agriculture location that gave emphasis to location factor for Agriculture profits by interlinking location with Markets. This model try to develop a theoretical model of land use pattern through arrangement of towns and villages at place called Mecklenburg to show how and why agricultural land use varies as the distance between land and market increases.
