Screw press dewatering machine

This machine consist with thickener and screw press. Thickener agitates excessive sludge entered from its lower part by use of specially designed device. It produces circulating and revolving currents in lower part of Thickener and then makes the entered sludge hard floc, which moves upward in producing stronger revolving currents. Finally it forms larger floc. The grown floc become more concentrated by the discharging process of residue separated from sludge through liquid discharge device in central upper part. The residue gets into disposal tank and then concentrated sludge is supplied to each dehydrator.
