In acrylic pouring or fluid painting, diluted acrylic paints are cast on the canvas using various techniques. This results in quite random results. Every picture is unique. In this Acrylic Pouring with Hair Catcher - New Tool open cup pour I did use a Pouring Medium - Floetrol and no Silicone. 1. Acrylic paint For this Pour I used Reno Art paints but you can use any good quality Acrylic paint. This brand does not have silicone. Acrylic paints from brand companies usually have a thicker consistency and therefore lower consumption. Cheap brands are often thinner, you need a little more color. But you can also use special gloss varnish to create even more shine, I use a Satin Varnish because I find the gloss cast light off the painting.
