This session is a brief introduction to NPJ’s coaching approach. See how we set up game-like drills, invite player input, and frame skill development through active play and learning by doing. This is a public overview—not our full coaches’ training. See examples of how we use representative learning design, active play over blocked drills, and practical examples for helping players develop skills that transfer to the performance environment. Note: This is a high-level introduction. The terms and examples used in this video are simplified and may not reflect formal ecological dynamics usage.
