Since tiled stoves came to us from ancient times, by now a wealth of experience has been accumulated in their arrangement. And although in some ways the installation of a tiled stove is now done differently, especially due to the emergence of new materials, the basic principles and rules of stove construction have remained unchanged. Whatever the appearance of the furnace, it consists of a firebox, a blower, internal channels and a casing. A grate made of cast iron is placed in the firebox. The firebox is the element of the furnace that warms up the most, and, therefore, expands and then contracts when it cools. Therefore, the furnace is not rigidly connected to the rest of the furnace. The installation of tiled stoves is carried out taking into account the fact that smoke channels should not have thick walls that absorb heat - it should pass to the outer walls of the stove, accumulate in them, and then gradually be released into the premises. Therefore, the outer walls must have a significant mass - and this is where the role of tiled tiles comes into play. Tiles for lining furnaces are made on the basis of kaolin or refractory clays. A tile is formed from them, the ornament of the samples of which is very diverse, as well as the color scheme. There are two main types of tile molding technology - pressing and extrusion. The latter method is most often used to obtain clinker tiles. Tiles with a corrugated base and a glazed surface are most suitable for lining furnaces.
