Ohhhh we're doing it! Kingdom Hearts 1 baby! Technically, this is Kingdom Hearts 1.5, which is just a remaster of the original. I'm playing this, then Kingdom Hearts 2.5 (none of the extra games I don't think....we'll see) in anticipation of playing KH 3 when it comes out at the end of January!! LIKE, ITS ACTUALLY SO BAD BUT ITS SO GOOD AND I LOVE IT. I played this many times when I was a kid and watched my brother beat it plenty of times but never did it MYSELF so -- we're about to make Gibi History. I've never played #2 myself either so that'll be a wild ride. I remember almost nothing from #2, and I forget a lot about #1, so it's kind of? a blind playthrough. The plot is notoriously confusing as hell too, so, do we ever really know what's going on?
