The School of Chemical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) held a 1-day scientific symposium in honor of Maria-Flytzani Stephanopoulos (Miretta) in Athens on October 19, 2022. Maria-Flytzani Stephanopoulos, who passed away on October 29, 2019, was Professor at Tufts University and a prominent member of the Greek-American academic community in chemical engineering. The symposium comprised invited lectures from renowned experts in Greece and abroad who addressed timely topics in the broad field of Energy.
