This vlog adventure has brought us to Brussels, Belgium. This place has been on the list for a while and my oh my was it worth the wait, now we just need to decide if it was worth the weight…. Beer, chocolate, waffles, and frites galore! From chocolate-making classes to world-class fries (Frites Atelier), we were basically drooling the entire trip. While Alaytra wholeheartedly appreciated the chocolate and Liege waffles, Jordan’s favorite part was trying the rarest beer in the world, known as Westvleteren 12. This special beer is brewed by The Trappist monks of the St. Sixtus Abbey at The Brouwerij De Sint-Sixtusabdij in Vleteren, Belgium. We took a history tour, and also a super informative food tour that covered the master chocolatiers of Belgium as well as how to find the best speakeasies.
