If I misread either of MeridianFrost's videos or their context, apologies. Corrections: I meant to say much (not most) of U.S foreign aid is military assistance. Bush's AIDS package was $15 billion over five years, not 1 billion. Still peanuts when the total budget is 3600 billion a year. Still, kudos to Bush on that, and I mean it. It was a wonderful thing to do.
