First coaching session with Daniel, talking through the challenges of getting a potential employer to notice your Resume and some first steps in drafting up an awesome resume! Daniel is a Purdue graduate and looking for employment in Cyber Security, but has found it hard to get in front of anyone for an interview up to this point. Homework: 1. Identify your strength. Are you a Leader, Manager, or Technical Contributor? 2. Identify your work qualities. 5 - 10 work qualities that describe how you work and who you are to an employer. Looking at your current resume will highlight some of them, but it may help to think of stories from your past experience where you responded to a situation to start uncovering what these qualities actually are.
