Dale Ahlquist is widely recognized as one of the foremost experts on the life and works of G.K. Chesterton. He serves as President of the Society of Gilbert Keith Chesterton and is the creator and host of the long-running EWTN series The Apostle of Common Sense. A prolific writer, he is the author of eight books, editor of sixteen more, and Publisher of Gilbert magazine. Renowned Chesterton biographer Joseph Pearce has described Ahlquist as “probably the greatest living authority on the life and work of G.K. Chesterton.” Ahlquist is also the co-founder of Chesterton Academy, a classical Catholic high school in Hopkins, Minnesota. This pioneering school became the model for the rapidly growing Chesterton Schools Network, which now includes over 70 schools across the United States and in nine other countries.
